BBQ Pork Chop and Corn On The Cob

I have been working some very long hours so I have not posted regularly.  Today was another long day, but I knew that all I had back at the apartment was frozen dinners.  I had been having a lot of pizza and frozen dinners lately so I decided to stop at the grocery store to get something to grill.  After a stop at the butcher counter, I decided on a pork chop.  It turned out really good and was very easy.

I got a large, thick cut pork chop and an ear of sweet corn.  I brushed the pork chop with Stubb’s Original BBQ Sauce (which by the way is delicious) and shucked the corn and wrapped in aluminum foil.   I grilled both and had a very good and very easy dinner.  It was the perfect end to a long day (made more perfect because it was accompanied by a few Troeg’s Nugget Nectar beers).  A good craft beer and a BBQ pork chop with a grilled ear of corn was a great way to end the day.

As I said, I was worn out, so I did not take any pictures.  Also, I had a really good meal last week when I grilled pork souvlaki skewers that I still need to write about (pictures will be included in that one).  For now, I am going to sit back and enjoy a few more beers and lament the fact that I did not buy two pork chops for tonight.
